Shipping & Handling Policy

Viking Labs moves every order through a cold-chain aware process so your research material arrives potent, documented, and on time.

All submissions are reviewed within 1 business day to confirm research intent and payment clearance.

Vials are pulled from cold storage, re-verified against COA lots, and packaged in thermal mailers.

Packages ship Monday–Friday via insured USPS Priority or UPS 2-Day. Tracking numbers are emailed immediately.

Transit Estimates

Standard ($9.99 / Free $200+): Ambient insulated mailer, 3-5 business days with tracking.
Cold Pack ($14.99 / Free $200+): Gel ice packs + foam insert, 72hr stability, 2-3 business days.
Express Cold — UPS 2-Day ($28): Priority cold chain, 1-2 business days, signature required.
Same-Day Will Call (UT): Contact support before 11am MT to schedule pick-up.

Cold chain integrity is maintained for 72 hours; store at 2–8°C upon arrival.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is $9.99, cold pack is $14.99, and express cold (UPS 2-Day) is $28. Orders over $200 get free standard and cold pack shipping.

Do you require signature on delivery?

Yes — adult signature is required for every shipment to ensure proper chain-of-custody for research compounds.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. Export compliance is under review; join the newsletter for updates.

How do you keep products temperature-stable?

All vials are protected with phase-change gel packs and foam inserts. Transit testing confirms stability for 72 hours.
