From Order to Doorstep

All submissions are reviewed within 1 business day to confirm research intent and payment clearance.

Vials are pulled from cold storage, re-verified against COA lots, and packaged in thermal mailers.

Packages ship Monday -- Friday via insured USPS Priority or UPS 2-Day. Tracking numbers are emailed immediately.

Packaging

Phase-change gel packs maintain 2 -- 8 °C for up to 72 hours. Transit-tested across seasonal extremes.

Every vial is individually wrapped in anti-static foam and sealed inside a tamper-evident poly bag.

Each shipment includes a COA copy, packing slip, and cold-chain indicator card for receiving verification.

Adult signature is required on every delivery to maintain chain-of-custody for research compounds.
